Dub is de nieuwe reggae – Reggae Geel vierde dit jaar zijn 40ste verjaardag. Weg van het hoofdpodium heeft dub de dominantie van dancehall definitief doorbroken. Alleen is het maar de vraag, volgens Karel Michiels in De Standaard, of dat soort mengtafeljazz ooit zo populair zal worden.
