Adam O’Farrill – Visions of your other
Chet Baker Quartet: No problem — Title track of the album, recorded in 1979. The Chet Baker Quartet is joined by pianist Duke Jordan. His presence adds some punch and spark to this quartet session, which is further helped along by bassist Niels Henning-Orsted Pedersen and selections that are suited for Baker’s increasingly mellow and wavering playing.(youtube)

Dave Douglas: Manteca / Picking the cabbage — Both songs taken from the album “Dizzy Atmosphere” by trumpeter and composer Dave Douglas. An introspective and beautiful straight-ahead jazz album that offers a mix of originals and reworked versions of Dizzy Gillespie songs that use the iconic trumpeter’s music as a jumping off point. “
Oscar Jerome – Sun for someone / Give back what you stole from me — Twee nummers van ‘Breathe Deep’; het solodebuut van gitarist Oscar Jerome.
